Cycladic Arts mission is to support the dialogue and exchange of experiences, knowledge and skills of people from diverse geographic and ethnic backgrounds, ages, and forms of art and culture. Cycladic Arts encourages international projects and collaborations in Greece and abroad.
The first cultural exchange exhibition prior to the creation of Cycladic Arts was an international curatorial project organized by multimedia artist Dimitra Skandali together with Los Angeles based painter and independent curator Alison (Ali) Woods. The first exchange exhibition was in Los Angeles, CA followed by a month long residency project at the Aegean Center for the Arts in Paros, Greece which culminated in an exhibition.
